Policies
Ordering:
When placing your order online, please print out and double check your items, your name and address information, along with your credit card information. This saves you (and us) time in getting your order to you!
Shipping Policy:
We ship by Priority Mail unless the package weight or size determines we ship by UPS. You can determine a close shipping cost by going to www.usps.com and following those directions. We pay delivery confirmation cost.
Lead Time:
Please allow 1 business day for us to retrieve the order and 1-3 business days to process for shipping. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow time for this process. If an item is out of stock, we will email you to see if you want us to wait until the items arrives, or to ship separately. Our order site is checked early mornings and late afternoons, so please do not expect an immediate answer as to receipt of your order. We will reply with an email ASAP.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please notify us by e-mail with an explanation of why you would like to return the product. If there are damages, please report this to us immediately.Unless we are at fault in filling the order, returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges. Any refunds will be submitted through PayPal, or with our business check. If a refund by PayPal is ignored or not picked up within 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse any charge backs by your credit card company. This protects us from the extra fees charged by the credit card company!
Any essential oils that are shipped with a sealed cap, that are returned to us with the seal broken, will be charged the restocking fee as we cannot sell those items unless we re-bottle them.
Samples:
We do not have sample kits or catalogs available at this time; however, you may receive a sample when we ship your order.

We do not sell wholesale.
